Another 60 minutes + 20 minute Yoga

Today I had 60 of the seatiest minutes I had so far... The sweat kept running into my eyes even though I wiped it off all the time :-D The workout program of the day focused on the cardio - meaning it made my "jump around" more and faster than in any of the other workout sets... There were no situps/crunches, no pushups etc, no exercizes where you just stand/sit still and do the same movement a number of time... At least I'm happy that it helps me sweat out a lot of extra weight, because with some of the moves I feel pretty silly :-D

Calories burn: 424
Compared to the previous 60 minute workout: 291 calories burnt

For breakfast I had three pieces of knäckebröd (changed kind to a thinner one) with cucumber and paprika.

Lunch consisted of warm vegetables, which was basically leftovers from yesterday.. there wsa some chinese mix, some extra mini-tomatoes, mushrooms etc - very yummy

I had dinner at my moms... meaning potatoes, meat, gravy, carrots and onions - well at least a lot of garlic with the meat :-)

The end of the day I used for 20 minutes of Yoga and then relaxing (and writing this) - The Yoga only had one difficult move, which was probably dificult because my legs where tired which made balancing a bit shaky :-)

60 minute workout...

Whoa!

In todays workout program was around 120 crunches/situps to the left, 120 to the right, 150 'normal', 30 quick ones and about 20 'double crunches' (liting both head and legs simultaneously) - and I was sweaty all through my clothes even before starting the crunches, since the warmup was even tougher than usual today... I guess that's because it was my first 60 minute workout with the program :-)

Todays breakfast was two pieces of knäckebröd with cucumber.

Tonight I'll do some Yoga, and during the day I'll take a walk down town - both to go shopping for clothes and for food :-)

Workout this morning: 50 Sit ups

Breakfast : 1 boiled Egg
2 slices od dark bread
1 tomato
5 cucumber slices

update after grilling :

After the usual 40 minutes Thai Chi + Stretching Session,
I made some paprika stripes with feta cheese on it,
and cut a Zucchini in quarters, spiced those with some "sambal oelek".

I grilled both,very yummy :)
But the paprika stripes with the melted cheese was best.

In addition I had some salad and a tuna mix(with "tomato-juice" , Basil and pepper)

And afterwards some blueberries with a tiny bit of vanilla sauce.

I think I will avoid the Scale tomorrow ;)

Helping to move...

Helping people move between different cities is a sweaty business - especially when you have to walk up and down the stairs all the time to get to the apartments. Carrying couches, chairs or big and heavy boxes on a long and narrow pathway to get to the apartment isn't a piece of cake either, especially when the neighbours decided to use that pathway as a great place for hanging out flowers and plants which they don't want destroyed....

The food was not the best considering the woorkout bet - a baguette on the ferry, a pizza in a copenhagen restaurant and beer with thai snacks in the apartment. At least we had workout in between, carrying all those boxes and furniture :-D

The apartment looks kind of swedish, meaning it's higher standard than I've seen before in Copenhagen. There's a nice balcony where I'm sitting now, a living room, a bedroom and a kitchen....

All day yesterday I got asked when I'm moving to Copenhagen :-D but I don't think I'll move anywhere until I get a job, and who knows where that will be?

Update
When weighing myself in the morning today I noticed I gained a kg - I guess having pizza and a few beer in Cph does that :-D

I dont know why I write all this I cant hold back the tears anylonger and I feel so bad about holding back my feelings all day.
And I now u offer me to talk all the time but right now I am scared of everything.
I just wish I could be with u now, so u could hold me while I cry.
I feel so alone....

Normal Workout + Yoga

As "usual", I started the day (after breakfast of course :p) with a workout from the program I use. I increased to 45 minutes from the normal 30 that I've been doing, without any problem - I think my stamina improved a lot this last week and a half :-)

A while after lunch, I tried Yoga for the first time from the program. It was really difficult at first, considering that you have to look in different directions all the time - meaning you don't see much of the "instructor" most of the time unless you rotate your head in the wrong way compared to instructions.... After 2-3 repetitions of the same et of moves, it was much easier to remember how to do it for the remaining 3-4 sets :-) The only really difficult move was standing on one leg while having the other straight back, one hand on the floor in front of the first leg (same side hand as leg) and one arm going straight up - all this while supposed to look straight up (following the second arm) I think I'll need some training on that LoL!!

The food for today has been basically the same diet as the last few days, meaning "tomato soup" including nuts, mushrooms, corn, tomato juice etc. Tomorrow I'll figure out a new diet, just to keep it varied :-)

After completing the Yoga, the program told me that the next time I workout it's going to be "Physical Challenge". I guess that's a bit harder than usual, which are simply called "Workout"... Hopefully I can go through with the whole challenge - I'm actually looking forward to seeing what it is :-)

Todays workout: Walk-a-lot

Well, today my renewed drivers license came - but I have to pick it up at the post office, and of course not the closest one, but the central post office, which is about a 30 minute walk away from here.... This means that my morning workout will consist of walking in the 30 degree heat for at least an hour. If I'm not too tired when getting home maybe I should try Yoga then :-D

The breakfast for today consisted of:
1 glass of water with vitamin C + magnesium
1 glass of cassis saft (low calori)
2-3 cups of coffee (I'll probably have another before I leave)
3 pieces of knäckebröd (crispbread is the english word) with cucumber, tomato and pålägg

I'm considering taking an apple with me on the walk :-)




Update
Of course, I forgot bringing an apple so I was pretty hungry and thirsty after getting back home (also sweaty, but I would've been anyway..)

When I got home, I made myself a quick little fruit salad just to get some energy back. A glass of water accompanied the fruit salad.

As I was done with eating and drinking, I saw that I got a mail regarding some extra work.. An old page I made (using a template from a previous developer on the project) wasn't working as it should, so now I'm supposed to fix it - nice having a break from that pdf-generating page I'm doing for the same people... I think I'll continue with the quiz/crossword-site tomorrow, getting back to some graphical design, which is nice :-)

God afton min käraste!

Jag vet inte varför jag bantar så mycket. (troligen drack jag för mycket kaffe i kontor. Och ingenfett(0,1%)joghurt i lunchrasten.

Idag har jag ätit:
till frukosten (klockan två :D)
en fralla (med pumpakärnor jättegod!)
och ost (kunde inte motstå!)
och sallad

till middag har jag kokte en spanska ris-kyckling-rätt
med paprikor, tomator, lök och vitlök ( muy läcker )

Nu jag drickar kaffe för att jag vinnar ändå :p

Another workout method :-D

Now I found a comp program for getting the best exersice, best meals etc.. You have to start by testing yourself, and registering a few things in there (current weight, goal weight, resting pulse, pulse after workout, height, age etc.) and then trying how much you can take of a few different exercises (push-ups, sit-ups etc) to get your profile. Then you tell how much time you have for working out every day, and if you want to loose weight, or if you are working out for cardio or other reasons :-)

There's even a menu if you want, but I'm not sure I'll use that... for example, todays meals would then be:

Thursday: 1600 calories
Thursday Breakfast — Breakfast Links, a Oat Bran Muffin, and a Mango
Thursday Lunch — Nonfat Cottage Cheese, Peaches, Chips, a Carrot, and a Roll
Thursday Dinner — Burrito Pie with Avocado Salad and Fresh Salsa
Thursday Snacks — Nonfat Strawberry Banana Yogurt with Extra Banana
I think I'll stick to salad and other things I think is healthy for now, since that diet requires too much following of recipes (yes, recipes are included in the program, and also nutrition info).. However, I'll try the workout program on some days, while using Pilates on other days :-) There's even Yoga instructions in the program, so that could be fun, not that I'm sure about if I have enough space here :-D

Either way - time for lunch, probably a salad - ttyt

The link I added is in swedish, but seems like a good site for nutrition tips etc... for example, the author says that coffee is good for loosing weight :-D

I'll add/translate stuff I find there in the blog once in a while, that's why I put the link there..

Now I'm making coffee before taking a walk :-)

Lost 4 kg since sunday :)

So who's gonna win now :p

Wow! 2kg's over night!!

Well there we have it: Sleeping is the best exercise!! Compared to my weight before going to bed, I lost around 2kg's according to the scale - I think I'm on my way to winning this bet, I just have to sleep more ;-p

Workout?! Never out of work!

except wiggling my toes all day I didnt do any workout yet.
maybe I should see if I lost some fat around my toes.....could be
....ya they r definetly smaller now :p

Maybe I'll take the bike to the subway tomorrow.
Just to tired now to go running.

Had an apple for breakfast and some yoghurt for Lunch
and Soup with bread (white) for dinner.

And if I ll get hungry later I'll have some paprika stripes (yumyum :))

Hey!!

Well, I didn't loose any kg's the last 24 hours... only you count the one I gained in the morning and then lost until now - it's funny how we weigh different in the mosning compared to evening, well basic physics are funny ;-p

Right now I'm cooking a vegetable mix. Some ingredients:
Paprika, Tomatoe, Zucchini, Chili (spanish pepper), Broccoli/Blomkål/Carrot-mix etc...
I'll eat this with a little bit of rise :-)
