Another 60 minutes + 20 minute Yoga
Today I had 60 of the seatiest minutes I had so far... The sweat kept running into my eyes even though I wiped it off all the time :-D The workout program of the day focused on the cardio - meaning it made my "jump around" more and faster than in any of the other workout sets... There were no situps/crunches, no pushups etc, no exercizes where you just stand/sit still and do the same movement a number of time... At least I'm happy that it helps me sweat out a lot of extra weight, because with some of the moves I feel pretty silly :-D

Compared to the previous 60 minute workout: 291 calories burnt
For breakfast I had three pieces of knäckebröd (changed kind to a thinner one) with cucumber and paprika.
Lunch consisted of warm vegetables, which was basically leftovers from yesterday.. there wsa some chinese mix, some extra mini-tomatoes, mushrooms etc - very yummy
I had dinner at my moms... meaning potatoes, meat, gravy, carrots and onions - well at least a lot of garlic with the meat :-)
The end of the day I used for 20 minutes of Yoga and then relaxing (and writing this) - The Yoga only had one difficult move, which was probably dificult because my legs where tired which made balancing a bit shaky :-)
