Normal Workout + Yoga
As "usual", I started the day (after breakfast of course :p) with a workout from the program I use. I increased to 45 minutes from the normal 30 that I've been doing, without any problem - I think my stamina improved a lot this last week and a half :-)
A while after lunch, I tried Yoga for the first time from the program. It was really difficult at first, considering that you have to look in different directions all the time - meaning you don't see much of the "instructor" most of the time unless you rotate your head in the wrong way compared to instructions.... After 2-3 repetitions of the same et of moves, it was much easier to remember how to do it for the remaining 3-4 sets :-) The only really difficult move was standing on one leg while having the other straight back, one hand on the floor in front of the first leg (same side hand as leg) and one arm going straight up - all this while supposed to look straight up (following the second arm) I think I'll need some training on that LoL!!
The food for today has been basically the same diet as the last few days, meaning "tomato soup" including nuts, mushrooms, corn, tomato juice etc. Tomorrow I'll figure out a new diet, just to keep it varied :-)
After completing the Yoga, the program told me that the next time I workout it's going to be "Physical Challenge". I guess that's a bit harder than usual, which are simply called "Workout"... Hopefully I can go through with the whole challenge - I'm actually looking forward to seeing what it is :-)
