60 minute workout...
Whoa!
In todays workout program was around 120 crunches/situps to the left, 120 to the right, 150 'normal', 30 quick ones and about 20 'double crunches' (liting both head and legs simultaneously) - and I was sweaty all through my clothes even before starting the crunches, since the warmup was even tougher than usual today... I guess that's because it was my first 60 minute workout with the program :-)
Todays breakfast was two pieces of knäckebröd with cucumber.
Tonight I'll do some Yoga, and during the day I'll take a walk down town - both to go shopping for clothes and for food :-)
