Guten Morgen mein Schatz

Workout this morning: 50 Sit ups

Breakfast : 1 boiled Egg
2 slices od dark bread
1 tomato
5 cucumber slices

update after grilling :

After the usual 40 minutes Thai Chi + Stretching Session,
I made some paprika stripes with feta cheese on it,
and cut a Zucchini in quarters, spiced those with some "sambal oelek".

I grilled both,very yummy :)
But the paprika stripes with the melted cheese was best.

In addition I had some salad and a tuna mix(with "tomato-juice" , Basil and pepper)

And afterwards some blueberries with a tiny bit of vanilla sauce.

I think I will avoid the Scale tomorrow ;)
