Back on track
As I told u on the phone already:
I had a 15 minutes workout in the morning followed by a 30 minutes run.
It's alot easier to get going for me after warming up inside for a bit.
For lunch/brunch I had 2 scrambled eggs
with 2 spoons of 0,5 fat milk (finally found that in germany ;) )
1 tomato
a few paprika slices
2 slices of bread ( not white not dark, somewhere in between)
and 1 slice of cheese which melted under the eggs
having some coffee now as I write this
