Keep up the good work :o) I have been doing my sit ups 4 weeks straight and am going for a run 2 - 3 times a week. And I have lost a kilo in the first week and nothing since - I feel great though subjectively I look firmer.
It bugs me a little -- I'll just show the scale by stepping on its head next week , that bastard.
Scale aside I think aslong as I feel as good as I do now I'll keep going.
Congratulations to you though , bowing before the master of kilo fighting.

What I meant by my post is that I'm certain the scale is broken - showing three completely different results, where I had lost 6, 17 or 28 kg... I can believe in 4-6 kg, but there's no way I lost more than that since I haven't exactly been leading half as health a lifestyle as I did last year, when losing a bit over 10 kg in 3-4 weeks...
So, my guess is I lost around 5 kg, and no more than 8 at least - there's still a lot of extra fat to get rid of before "feeling great" comes to mind as a description ;)
